When TutorWorks provides services to schools or districts, we may receive or process student information on behalf of those educational institutions.
TutorWorks uses student information only for authorized educational purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements. We do not use student education records for targeted advertising, and we do not sell student personal information.
Parents, guardians, and eligible students who wish to access, correct, or delete student education records maintained by a school or district should contact the applicable school or district directly. TutorWorks will support schools and districts in responding to such requests as required by applicable law and our agreements.
6. Children's Privacy
TutorWorks services may be used by children through school-authorized programs or with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without required consent or school authorization. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address the information.

TutorWorks does not sell personal information. TutorWorks does not use student personal information for targeted third-party advertising.

TutorWorks will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
12. International Users
